Featured Senior-Tonya-Class of 2011 {Mid MIchigan Senior Photographer}

Here's another senior from my very busy summer. I am going out of order again on photos. I think my posts are just going to be random in my catch up attempts...lol :) Anyway, this is Tonya, a senior from Alma High School. Tonya booked her session with me back in June to do at a later date in the summer. One of the things she requested for her session was a sunflower field. I knew this might be a problem this year as my normal connections for sunflowers didn't have fields planted this year. But after lots of research I was finally able to find a wonderful connection that will be allowing me to have access to their gorgeous sunflower fields every year!! So thankfully no more worrying about where I'll find sunflower fields for seniors. I am SO very thankful to this lovely family for their generosity :) So anyway, if you are an upcoming senior and want sunflowers in your photos, I will have access to fields each year :) The typical time for sunflower photos is in the August months.

Tonya is just gorgeous...I really loved her session :) I had several faves from her session, but for this post I have narrowed it down to the very best of the best!! Each picture is unique in it's own right and gives you just a peek into who the subject is as a person. That is what my goal is with seniors, to capture their own individual style in a very artistic and original way giving them all unique senior portraits.

It was time for some updated pics on my senior business cards...so recently I had some printed with a few of the Class of 2011 seniors I have photographed this summer. Several of these pics made the cards Tonya ;)

This one is I think one of my very faves. I took this shot in both vertical and horizontal comps and I have gone back and forth on this one as to which is my fave. But either way...I just love it.
